   We ship your items the day after receiving your payment during business days/hours. Shipping cost is calculated automatically, please inform us if the automatic calculation should seem incorrect.
   Please ONLY contact us for shipments if your shipment has not arrived within 10 days since we can only file a complaint with DHL or Postal Offices after a 10 days period.
   Note: Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax, if any. Please verify with your customs before making purchases.

   Exceptions: For hygienic reasons we DO NOT offer exchange or refund on cartridges or liquids. Return Method: Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order.
